Hi JUdy, it was great meeting you today at the Chief Joseph Memorial. Thanks for giving me your card. Your photos are amazing! I can see we have travelled to a lot of the same places. We stayed in Yellowstone-Grand Tetons for 8 nights last Sept and have camped along Umqua River waterfalls, and driven through Nevada many times, as my Dad lives in Pahrump. However, our photography is not nearly as stunning as yours, by a long shot. You must have the patience of a saint to wait for just the right light. I particularly LOVE your detail photos of the cedar bark, rocks. I love rock textures. Have you ever been to Capital reef in Utah? The cliffs go up hundreds of feet and have stripes, round and oval holes, and all sorts of interesting textures. I wish you countless hours of bliss taking your photos and the roads less travelled. We make it a point to try to never go on the same roads twice, if we can avoid it, and always look for new adventures…
